This agreement, together with our UK GDPR Policy and Online Safety, provides the legal Terms and Conditions on which I.P.A.D.S (Icklesham Panto and Drama Society) makes available our services to you, specifically access to our website (www.ickleshampad.org.uk) and box office ticket sales.

1. Ticket Sales

1.1 All online and telephone ticket sales are managed through the Ticketsource boxoffice, please see their Terms and conditions.

1.2 All ticket sales made directly with I.P.A.D.S (Icklesham Panto and Drama Society) are subject to the terms herein.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 All online and telephone ticket sales are refunded through Ticketsource. Refunds can not be given within 7 days of the event.

2.2 All ticket sales made directly with I.P.A.D.S (Icklesham Panto and Drama Society) are refunded through the committee. Refunds can not be given within 7 days of the event. Tickets may be exchanged. Your consumer rights are not affected.

3. Consumer Rights

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 means;

3.1 You are entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled or if there is a major change (e.g. a different headline act or venue).

3.2 You are entitled to a refund if the seller provided incorrect or misleading information (e.g. about the seat location or venue).

4. Alterations

All tickets are sold subject to I.P.A.D.S (Icklesham Panto and Drama Society) right to make any alterations in the cast or programme details advertised on the I.P.A.D.S (Icklesham Panto and Drama Society) website or other appropriate location.
